They took their time to explain stuff to me and will go extra mile to get you materials from their out of town stores. And the Camden manager is nice and approachable. Ken's Discount rocks.

GREAT FIRST EXPERIENCE ALL THE FACES FROM THE PREVIOUS STORE AND BOTH ITEMS I WAS LOOKING FOR WERE AVAILABLE AND ONE OF THEM WAS A SPECIALTY ITEM CALLED FOR ANOTHER SPECIALTY ITEM JUST NOW AND WILL BE GOING BY ON THE WAY HOME ....
My experience was terrible. Clerk was obnoxiously rude, store doesn't seem to welcome the diy'r, and was overcharged for an item also, but they can keep the money.
Have always gotten superb service, both inside the store and out in the yard. A group of excellent people who seem to have a lot of fun while still keeping a professional atmosphere. Thumbs up.
The employee who helped me did not know what he was talking about and sold me a fitting he assured me would work. It didn't. When I returned the same day, no one cared that they had sold me the wrong item and getting a refund was a hassle. The point of shopping at an overpriced hardware store with a fraction of the selection of a big box home improvement store is to get knowledgeable and friendly service. Ken's failed on both counts. I do not plan to shop there again.
