I went to court in May for my divorce and it's almost September and I still haven't singed papers!!
loss of my aunt. the heirs of her estate have been held over one year one year because of this attorney refusing to move along or do his job....this should of been done within two months in my eyes this attorneys is a failure
accept no compensation in connection with a client's business except from the client or with the client's knowledge and approval"

With said attorney, he has done no such oath. What he has said in confidence has been told to the judge ruling his sentencing and what confidence his client had coming into this has been completely diminished. After promising his client and certain witnesses that they would not be subpoenaed to select hearings, federal Marshalls were waiting with subpoenas when they returned home. After multiple promises of visiting his client, he has made every excuse not to.
Mr. Pratt was hired as a court appointed attorney to represent my father. Other than ONE good closing argument, this "attorney" has been incompetent, unresponsive, and diligently inconsistent. His client was moved to a local county jail after being on home detainment for 6 months. Since being incarcerated (2 months and counting), he has met with his client one time. My aunt (my father's sister) and I have left countless voicemails with his secretary and not once have we got a single return call from this man. Only after getting irate with his incompetent and rude staff will he send you a shotty text message attempting to explain his lack of a work ethic. If you have ever used this attorney, I strongly suggest looking over your case files and filing a motion 2255. This man has openly said he is the "judge's snitch" and will laugh in your face when your case isn't going how you hoped it to (I have the recordings to prove this).
In the oath an attorney takes under God after they have passed their bar exam, it is read that he/she:
God bless!
This guy doesnt finish the job he starts. Friend charged over 1200 dollars for a divorce and 6 months later still not finalized. Do not use!!!!!!! Unless you like throwing your money away!
In closing, I would just like to ask the reader to think strongly before hiring this attorney in any situation you may need legal representation. Anyone could represent you better than this guy.
