It was one night stay. Me and my wife. Clean room and everything was neat and orderly. Check in and check out was easy. I rested very well and I was comfortable and felt secure in the room. I would certainly stay there again.
Well ladies and gentalmen it's quite simple. I and my wife like firstclass accommodations and thus far we have not been disappointed with holiday inn's accommodations. Nor have we been disappointed with their in house graciouness towards us doing our stays, and we travel a lot since our retirement. Perhaps Mr. Wilson was on to some thing!
The room was very nice. Service was outstanding. Was there for a wedding and needed to see about checking in earlier than normal, and was able to get checked in 3 hours early. Just wanted to thank front desk and housekeeping for being there to help. Only thing that we noticed about the room was a slight musty smell, like the carpet had been wet but did not get dried correctly. But overall it was a great place to stay and reasonable pricing.
It was excellent. The staff is very nice and helpful. Everything was nice and clean. I would recommend anybody to stay there.
There are not a lot of hotel choices in Camden AR and this is the best of the lot. If you do not travel much and have not been exposed to the niceties of 4 and 5 star hotels then this HIE may suit you just fine. The beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and they are making strides to up their game (new pool furniture for example) but at the end of the day it is what it is, a low end hotel. The cleanliness of the place could be better, the location is nothing to rave about, the breakfast bar is poor, and the hotel towels are paper thin. Perhaps I should have graded on a curve given the remote location, but this is a two hotel star that warrants two stars and no more.
