The only time I am ever in Camden is when I have a course at SAU Tech. (usually just a couple of days) and it has been a challenge to find a decent place to eat. Allen's was a pleasant surprise. I ordered the grilled salmon special and the food was tasty and sizzling hot, the sweet tea was wonderful, great service and I pretty much had the place to myself. I dined alone and the ticket was about $20 plus tip so not bad for dinner. I would definitely return.
Excellent! Varied menu with wonderful food. Coldest beer in town. The service is fantastic. There is also a small dining area to sit outside if one wishes.
I was very impressed with menu choices. I've made it in on several trips to Camden, the food is great, service is way above average, and prices are way below average. VERY GOOD VALUE.
