You have people there with serious attitude issues that are pissed off at the world and definitely taking their personal problems into the work area.
Always nice to have my Ford Edge serviced at my dealer location, Jim Golden Ford Lincoln in Camden, AR. The oil change shop is always busy but as soon as you walk in, Jason is right there to answer questions and let you know if there will be a wait. I've heard him numerous times tell people we have brake jobs or there are several ahead so it may be 30 minutes (or some specific time) before we can get to you. This, to me, is awesome service as it gives the customer an opportunity to come back or to know up front that I will be there a little while. I appreciate that because I live 30+ miles away. I would not take my Ford Edge to anyone else to service other than Jim Gold Ford Lincoln!
