Service was fantastic. Hush puppies were brought out before ordering. They were a little bland. I ordered the half order of catfish filets. Fish seemed VERY lightly seasoned if at all. Had to add hot sauce and ketchup for flavor. Cole slaw was good. Fries were...well, how can you screw up fries? $18 ticket. Wasn't overly impressed at all.
I have never been let down by their food or customer service in the restaurant or during an event they are catering. Woods Place will always been at the top of my list!
Wow what a place. Food was GREAT and plentiful! Catfish fillets were breaded and fried to perfection. Waitress was the sweetest and nicest. A great experience.
My chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and fried okra were very good, fresh and hot. My husband had a cheeseburger with all fixins and veggie soup!! Super fresh and flavorful!
Food is very good and home cooked. Great atmosphere. 4 /5 stars because it is pricey
